Police arrest man wanted on outstanding warrant
RNC officers were conducting patrols in St. John’s around 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, January 31, and stopped a vehicle. It was discovered that the 42-year-old male driver was suspended from vehicle, and had a warrant for his arrest. He was also on conditions to not operate a vehicle anywhere in the province.
The male suspect was held at the city lock-up overnight to await a court appearance this morning. His vehicle was impounded.
