Quebec energy minister wants to save Churchill Falls MOU as Wakeham meets Legault
Quebec’s new energy minister, Jean Boulet, says the Churchill Falls MOU should not be allowed to fail. He made the comments a day before N.L. Premier Tony Wakeham met with Quebec Premier Francois Legault in Ottawa.
