Police searching for missing St. John’s man
The RNC is seeking the assistance of the public in locating missing person, Albert “Shawn” Ralph of St. John’s. Ralph, 61, was last seen in the Kilbride area and is believed to be operating a 2024 black Ford F250 bearing Newfoundland and Labrador plate CL3 998.
Ralph usually has his small black dog with him.
