Repeat Offender Issued Another Driving Suspension After Impaired Driving Charge Tuesday Morning
Tuesday, January 20th shortly after 10:30am, RNC pulled over a vehicle in a Mount Pearl parking lot. Officers had recognized the vehicle from a previous impounding and driving suspension, and spoke to the 57-year old driver. After an investigation, he was arrested and charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Refusal. His driver’s license was suspended and vehicle impounded. He will appear in court at a later date.
