Recruitment and retention challenges ongoing for 24-hour snow clearing, says NAPE
24-hour snow clearing is expected to be reinstated in the coming days. But the union representing some of those workers says there are still challenges that might take time to resolve. NTV’s Beth Penney has more in this report.
