Man Charged With Fraud After Late-Night Incident Downtown
Tuesday, December 6th around 11:30pm, RNC officers were called to a downtown St. John’s business after a man reportedly refused to pay his bill then left. At first, police were unable to locate the suspect. Through an investigation, officers identified the 31-year old man, and located him a short time later on Duckworth Street. He was then arrested and charged with Fraud, Breach of Court Order, and Resisting Arrest. The unnamed individual will appear in court this morning.
