UPDATE: Outer Ring Road reopens after collision
The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary advises that the westbound lanes of the Ourter Ring Road have reopened.

Police are advising of a road closure in St John’s.
The RNC has to a motor-vehicle collision on the Outer Ring Road in St John’s. As a result, the two westbound lanes of the Outer Ring Road in the area of the Portugal Cove Road ramp are not accessible to traffic.
Motorists are advised to use an alternate route. Updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
