Another man charged with accessory after Watson Street shooting death
Police have charged another man with accessory after the fact to murder.
The accused, 23-year-old Logan Desousa, who also goes by Logan Whiteway, helped Ibrahim Hussein evade police following the fatal shooting of 33-year-old Gerald Kyle Hynes on Watson Street in St. John’s on April 8.
He was charged with accessory after the fact to murder and held to appear in court today (Dec.11). Desousa is just the latest to be charged with being an accessory. Also charged are Hope Whiteway, Houssam Hussein, Yasmine Hussein and Hussein Hussein.
