Crown asks for 18-year prison sentence for man convicted of attempted murder
The prosecution is asking a judge to give a Torbay man a jail sentence of up to 18 years for trying to kill one of his friends.
But the defence wants a shorter sentence for David Reardon, partly due to the hardships he said he’s endured at Her Majesty’s Penitentiary.
