Grand Falls-Windsor mourns the loss of Joel Stride
A few years ago, Grand Falls-Windsor came together to help a young single mother raise money for transportation for her son in a campaign known as Wheels for Joel. Fifteen-year-old Joel Stride passed away this week, and the community is remembering him.
