Nurse assaulted by woman seeking medical treatment
The RNC were called to a hospital in St. John’s just before 10:00 p.m. on Friday night. Hospital staff called police after a nurse had been assaulted and threatened by an individual who had attended the hospital seeking medical treatment.
As a result of the investigation, a 65-year-old female was arrested for assault, uttering threats, and breach of probation. The female was brought to the city lockup.
