Premier John Hogan appoints new head of the provincial public service
Premier John Hogan has appointed a new head of the provincial public service. Denis Mahoney has been named clerk of the Executive Council effective today.
Mahoney previously served as Deputy Minister of Justice and co-lead of the Churchill Falls negotiating team. He replaces the previous clerk, Krista Quinlan, who was named the chair of the public service commission two weeks ago.
