Crown seeks to overturn acquittal for C.B.S. lawyer in sexual assault case
Almost a year after Conception Bay South lawyer Robert Regular was acquitted of sexual assault charges, the Crown is asking the Court of Appeal to overturn that acquittal. NTV’s Rosie Mullaley reports.
