Police and province send sobering message about dangers of off-road driving
Dangerous off-road driving continues to be a big concern in our province, especially among youth and young adults. Members of the RNC, provincial government and health care came together today to send a message about the serious impacts it’s having in our communities. NTV’s Rosie Mullaley reports.
