Brandon Tobin pleads not guilty to manslaughter for death of grandmother
A St. John’s man accused of killing his grandmother more than two years ago has pleaded not guilty to manslaughter. But Brandon Tobin was not in the courtroom because he had been arrested again. NTV’s Rosie Mullaley reports.
