Man arrested following theft on Kelsey Drive
On Saturday afternoon, RNC responded to a theft in progress at a business on Kelsey Drive in St. John’s. After a short investigation, police arrested and charged a 50 year old man for theft under $5000, failure to comply with release order, and breaches of his probation order. The man was held for lockup to appear in court this morning.
