Province increases funding for funeral costs for low-income families as unclaimed bodies increase
For months, the government has been under fire for the way unclaimed bodies have been stored at the Health Sciences Centre. Today, the province more than doubled the funeral assistance program to help low income families with funeral expenses. NTV’s Marykate O’Neill tells us more.
