RNC stop driver owing nearly $10K in fines
On Monday afternoon RNC officers conducted a traffic stop on Canada Drive in St. John’s.
It was determined that the driver had a suspended license and owed almost $10,000 in outstanding fines.
He was ticketed for having no license and no insurance. His vehicle was impounded and he was released to appear in court at a later date.
