45-year-old man faces charges after disturbance in center city Friday night
A 45 year old man is facing charges following a disturbance at a residence in the capital city.
The RNC responded to the residence Friday evening around 10pm.
When officers arrived on scene they could hear commission inside the home.
Following an investigation, the 45 year old man was arrested for assault with a weapon, uttering threats to damage property, and breach of a release order.
The man was taken into custody for a court appearance.
