Man arrested on outstanding warrant following traffic stop
Around midnight last night, the RNC conducted a traffic stop on Brier Ave in St John’s.
One of the occupants of the vehicle, a 24-year-old male, was arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant for robbery.
The man was additionally charged with resisting arrest, four counts of breaching a release order, breach of probation and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
The male was held for court in the morning.
