UPDATE: Police reopen Outer Ring Road in Paradise after collision

The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary advises that the Outer Ring Road, east bound has reopened. The RNC had responded to motor vehicle collision on Outer Ring Road in the eastbound lanes. As a result, the Outer Ring road east of Topsail road exit had been reduced to one lane of traffic.
