Minor injuries reported in two vehicle collision in Victoria

The Victoria Volunteer Fire Department along with the Salmon Cove/Perrys Cove Volunteer Fire Department responded to a two vehicle motor vehicle collision in Victoria. The occupants were transported to the Carbonear General Hospital with minor injuries. The incident was then turned over to the RCMP.

Cruise ship visit to St. John’s Cancelled

The Zuiderdam cruise ship, operated by Holland America Cruise Line will not be visiting the capital city today as scheduled. The stop on the itinerary has been cancelled.  The next cruise ship the Emerald Princess is scheduled to arrive on August 25.

Silver Linings: All-female hockey camp sees biggest turn out yet
