Police investigate shots fired in downtown St. John’s

The RNC is investigating an event of shots fired in the area of Livingstone St at Carter’s Hill. No injuries have been reported. Police believe it was not random. There is a significant RNC presence downtown St. John’s as the investigation continues.

ParksNL is preparing to open the reservation system and welcome 2024 clients next Wednesday beginning at 7:00 a.m. Campsites can reserved online or by calling toll-free 1-877-214-CAMP (2267). Most camping parks are scheduled to open for the Victoria Day weekend, with some others opening in late May There are 13 provincial camping parks across the province.
