At 2:11 p.m. a member of the RNC Mounted Unit observed an altercation on Military Road in St. John’s. Officers intervened and attempted to identify the individuals involved. Minimal changes to fuel prices

Most fuel prices have changed by less than a cent this week with gasoline motor fuel up by 0.7 cents per litre. Diesel is down by 0.3 cents. Furnace oil increased by 0.10 cents.
