The province’s Child and Youth Advocate was doing interviews today, defending herself from allegations of conflict-of-interest in an investigation into group homes.

Linda Clemens Spurrell says there are protections in place for conflicts, and she will not personally be reviewing any information that comes to her office in the early stages of the investigation.
