A shocking turn of events today in the case of a Brigus man charged with dangerous driving causing a man’s death in September 2021.

Charges against Mackenzie Sparrow were dismissed after the judge was informed there were issues with the RCMP’s analysis of the scene and it no longer had confidence in its own investigation. NTV’s Rosie Mullaley was at provincial court in St. John’s today, and has this report.
