43-year-old charged after erratic driving in centre city

On Monday, Police attempted to stop an erratic driver in the downtown area of St. John’s shortly after 2:00 in the morning.

The vehicle fled but the vehicle and driver had been identified. The driver was located a short time later outside a residence in the east end of St. John’s. The 43 year old male is charged with Flight from Police, and Refusing a Roadside Screening Device. He was held for court in the morning.
