On Tuesday evening at 8:39, RNC patrol officers responded to a report of a suspicious youth in Mount Pearl.

When police questioned the youth, they attempted to mislead police by providing a false name. Officers dertermined the youth was meant to abide by a court order which included a daily curfew.

As a result, the youth was arrested for mischief and breaching a release order. The youth was held for court.
