RNC responded to a report of an assault in progress at a residence in the centre of St. John’s Friday afternoon. As a result of the investigation, a 16-year-old male was arrested and charged with assault and breach of a court order.

The male youth was released to appear in court at a later date. There were no injuries reported in the incident.
