At 9:41 p.m. pm on Sunday, the RNC was called to a call of a taxi passenger who refused to pay for their fair in the west end of St. John’s.

Responding officers located the suspect and taxi driver.

The 42-year-old female was charged with fraudulently obtaining transportation, assault, and breach of court orders.

She was transported to the lockup and held to appear before a judge.
