Unruly passenger removed from Paris-bound flight in St. John’s

At 1:30 a.m., RNC officers responded to the St. John’s International Airport to a report of an unruly passenger on board an Air Canada flight bound for Paris.

The flight was forced to divert to St. John’s, where the 43-year-old male was escorted off the plane.

He was charged under the Aeronautics Act for unruly and dangerous behaviour and held for court.
