Premier rings bell at London Stock Exchange as province goes to Europe for borrowing

Premier Andrew Furey rang the opening bell at the London Stock Exchange today to signal the province’s move into European debt markets. The provincial government has a heavy debt load, and for the first time in almost two decades, it’s looking toward Europe for lower borrowing costs.
