Labrador City takes home top prize at 40th anniversary Labrador Winter Games

The Labrador Winter Games came to an end this weekend, with the closing ceremony taking place on Saturday night.

The 40th anniversary Labrador Winter Games in Happy Valley-Goose Bay saw hundreds of athletes from all across Labrador, take part in sporting events from target shooting – to snowshoe races.

Labrador City took home the top prize this year, as the winner of the Labrador Cup.
