The Assembly of First Nations is currently holding public engagement sessions throughout the province, outlining details of the United Nations declaration on the rights of Indigenous peoples.

First adopted by the UN in 2007, but only given royal assent in this country last year. NTV’s Don Bradshaw tells us more in this report.
