Province working with two unions representing health care workers on recruitment plan

The provincial government is working on improving recruitment and retention with two unions representing health care workers. 

The province has agreed to retention bonuses, reimbursement of licensing fees for retired health care providers, and double rate overtime to help CUPE, and the Association of Allied Health Professionals, address the shortage of health care workers.
