Police have arrested 46-year-old Craig Lynch, who is charged with assaulting an officer before speeding off on an ATV.

Thursday at about 6:15pm, members of the RNC arrested Lynch, after an extensive search and request for public assistance. A warrant had been issued for his arrest following an incident where a police officer was allegedly assaulted by Lynch, using an ATV as a weapon.
