Thursday evening the RNC patrol officers observed a vehicle driving 55 km/h over the posted speed limit in the east end of St. John’s.
The vehicle was stopped and the 17-year-old female driver was issued a speeding ticket and a seven day driver’s license suspension.
The vehicle was impounded.
