Psychiatrists deem woman accused of Atlantic Place stabbing fit to stand trial

Psychiatrists have deemed her mentally fit to stand trial four times.

But lawyers for Irene Hutchings insist she was not in her right mind when she stabbed a police officer in august. As NTV’s Rosie Mullaley reports, that’s why they’re set on having her found not criminally responsible.
