Around 2:00 a.m. this morning, RNC officers observed a male operating a motorcycle on Commonwealth Avenue in Mount Pearl while not wearing a helmet.

The 35-year-old driver was issued tickets for operating a motorcycle while not wearing a helmet, failing to notify the register of transfer of ownership, operating an unregistered vehicle, as well as operating a vehicle while not having a valid insurance policy in place.

Police seized the motorcycle.
