A 32-year-old male will appear in court this morning to answer to charges of possession of property obtained by crime, breach of release order, and breach of probation.

On Sunday afternoon the RNC responded to a residence in the downtown area of St John’s, to a report of a stolen vehicle. Later in the day officers located the vehicle in a parking lot downtown.

The vehicle was occupied and the occupant was arrested and charged.
