Arrest warrant issued for Jonathan Boyd still active

Twillingate RCMP is looking for the public’s assistance locating a wanted man, 36-year-old Jonathan Boyd of Summerford. Boyd is still wanted by police in relation to criminal charges of assault, mischief and uttering threats.  Anyone with information about Jonathan Boyd’s current whereabouts is asked to contact the Twillingate RCMP detachment at (709) 884-2811.

Three N.L. women return home after efforts to bring humanitarian aid to Gaza

It was more than two weeks ago when three activists from this province joined a Freedom Flotilla ship to the Gaza Strip in an effort to bring humanitarian aid. They were intercepted and detained by the Israeli military. The three were released from prison on Sunday and returned home today. NTV’s Marykate O’Neill reports.
