RNC patrol officers conducted a traffic stop on Kenmount Road last night.
The 35-year-old driver was a Novice Driver with a Class Five license.
The male was operating the vehicle without an accompanying driver, without a Novice Driver sign displayed, he had failed to transfer the vehicle, and he was operating the vehicle without insurance.
The driver was ticketed for the infractions and the officers impounded his vehicle.
