The 19-year-old man arrested on murder charges was brought before a judge today, along with his brother, who allegedly tried to help with the escape.

It was the first appearance for Ibrahim Hussein and his older brother, Hussein Hussein, after a fatal shooting in St. John’s earlier this week.
