Just before 1:00 a.m. this morning the RNC responded to a residence in Mount Pearl regarding a request for assistance.

Police arrested a 33-year-old man after a brief investigation, he was charged with being unlawfully in a dwelling, breach of release order and possession of stolen property.

The accused was held in custody to appear in Provincial Court in the morning.
