A 21-year-old man is in custody after he was allegedly seen throwing items out of a house window in downtown St. John’s.

Nick Warren was arrested just after the lunch hour on Wednesday afternoon following a disturbance on Carter’s Hill.

He appeared in provincial court and has been charged with mischief by damaging property, causing a disturbance and breaching court orders.

He’s scheduled to have a bail hearing Monday.
