Two sport fishermen were found safely by Green Bay Ground Search and Rescue after they became lost in a wooded area near Burlington on June 3.

On Monday evening, two sport fishermen traveling by foot to a pond near Burlington sent an emergency message indicating that they were lost and requesting assistance. Springdale RCMP engaged Green Bay Ground Search and Rescue, who located the men and escorted them back to their vehicle safely.
