Wednesday morning the RNC arrested a 57-year-old resident of Johns Beach, following an investigation which began on Tuesday.

The accused was charged with careless use of a firearm, unauthorized possession of a firearm, intentionally discharging a firearm, and possession of a firearm knowing its possession is unauthorized.

The subject will appear in court at a later date.
