The fire ban has ended for areas under the jurisdiction of the St. John’s Regional Fire Department.

After some rain this weekend, the fire ban, which was in place since May 30, has been lifted.

This includes the City of St. John’s, the City of Mount Pearl, and the Town of Paradise.

Open fires are now allowed.
