On Monday afternoon, RNC officers conducted a traffic stop in the center city area of St. John’s.

Officers found that the 30-year-old male driver was driving while disqualified, operating a vehicle without registration or insurance and failing to have a license plate attached.

He was issued tickets for these infractions. He also has over $8000.00 in outstanding fines. His vehicle was impounded.
