The president of Memorial University warns that cutting MUN’s budget by 30 per cent, as recommended by “The Big Reset,” is an impossible goal that could triple undergraduate tuition fees from $2,550 a year to about $7,000 a year. Timmons says without a cut to the operating grant, she would recommend tuition fees rise to about $5,000 a year. NTV’s Michael Connors reports.
